Hi Guys,

Interesting day, ouch.

I think Buckey's called it.
Haywood played around with ~300,000 shares back in late March, and then finished off by picking up ~290,000 @ $1.19 during April. Since then they have sold 42K in May, bought 40K in June, sold 73K in July, and sold 263K in August, including 211K today.
That's a lot of stock for the market to absorb in 1 day during late August. They were still selling large blocks at the end of the day, so they may still have more to move. I doubt it's manipulation, it looks more like a fund manager clearing out a non-performer, with little regard to price. They could have sold slowly and improved their profits, however that doesn't look important here, based on the trade timing and volumes.

The charts are unhappy with NWI during the last week, so a good news report will certainly help, otherwise we may see a return to the 0.60's for the next while.

Well, back to holiday mode, been enjoying sleeping late the last week or so!

Later,
