I wonder how TC (new to the movie industry) DUPED old man Golan on a contract for the Movei industry. How long's has Golan been in the business: 20? 30? 40 years???

I just went out and tried to find an SEC filing for The Entertaiment Internet and had no luck. So, both of these companies are not currently filing with the SEC? And we are suppose to believe that they will be fully reporting in 60 days?

How long has Tony C, been working on this deal... since before he was hired?
