A PUT on an OTC??? OK ... hmmmm ... well Orex has got to issue the restricted stock for the acquistion ... But not ONE DTC report or the ADP report or the Transfer Agent shows one single reason or evidence for this stock to have fallen. NONE. The free trading float was 1.6 in street name even last week. SO you show me where I should believe you over the B/W paperwork and the reports from the market agencies that have been doing this since the market began. With a 1.6M free trading til last week why this stock fell like it has. Please show me. If the insiders or consultants or whatever had stock the TA would know about it and it would show up in the street name becuase it has to clear the transfer agent. SO if I believe you or the bashers that means I would blelieve the TA was lying and I doubt that very seriously. SO where did all the volume come from with 1.6M in the brokerage houses. I just found out this morning the street name (certs that have cleared the TA into brokerage accounts) when up from 1.6M to 10M in the last 7 days ... so that leaves about 8M in the float that are not in street name. But most of those that went into street name the holders say they still have all their shares. Now HRZG may have some problems real soon if the accumulation continues but time will tell. I noticed today for the first time since I have been in this stock HRZG did not have the bid and the ask tied up. Rumor is he is tagged but he may get someone to surrender a cert ... I do not know. :-) GB
