I dunno, Addi. There's been a lot of earthquakes lately. Nothing against California, but it does have shaky ground. In fact, I'm expecting to have oceanfront property right here in AZ someday just by staying put!

I think that last price analysis may have been too much for your nervous system. After years of buying and watching the price declining, the sudden switch may be like "Waking Ned Devine". You've won the multi-million dollar lottery but the orgasmic ecstasy was too powerful and blew you away. We may find you permanently resting at Blacks Beach San Diego clutching a Sony Playstation II babbling something about maybe $650 if I hold on.
