I owned some of JAWS for a while. They got into a LOT of hot water but I had NO WAY to verify they're activities, etc, etc. Are you trying to push the price down Walter? I think we've bottomed. REALLY? MVEE has real products (I've seen SJ {including a discussion sesssion with Gus Van Sant} and US2 and a CEO who has run other reporting Nasdaq companies. I think they're perfectly capable of reporting. BUT, they're is no substitute for: 1. Audited financial 2. Filing with and ACCEPTANCE by the SEC. Audited financials are supposed to be available with the Proxy for the Merger. Can't wait to see it. Unfortunately, once you've seen audited financial, the price isn't what it was BEFORE you've seen them. Do your own DD. later, leroyt
