Walter, It does appear to be just that ... a saga.

I've never been quite sure how it happened but I'd guess they're a few large shareholders that have been playing a BIG role.

I mean, all of a sudden Peter Benz was no longer CEO and then Golan was out of the picture. Globus has been gone for quite a while.

I'd imagine there's MUCH more to the story than we'll EVER know.
