Refer to TScott's post. The SEC probably isn't under any obligation to finish their review prematurely. September 2, 1999 seems to be the target date.

ANSC will be on the pink sheets as of the 9/2/1999. My question is will we still be able to get quotes and trade data?

If the filing is approved September 15, does ANSC start to trade on B.B or must they file to get off pink sheets?
