The men with shaved heads, small earrings, and Ahnold's physique get plenty of small-breasted brunettes with a sense of humor. If they have the average intelligence and humour of the bodybuilders I've met, I doubt that any woman of quality would bother. Shaving a head and keeping it that way requires as much effort and vanity as trying to restore falling hair. I can't imagine why a man would bother with either. And a sane exercise program aims to build performance, not bulk.
