None of the newspeople are letting them release news on their wires, undemocratic of them to do that,or is there a conspiracy?

Sure smells like a conspiracy. I heard from a good source that not only is the company being denied the right to do a press release "categorically denying the allegations by the FCC" through the Business Wire Services......but even their attorneys have been denied the right to do a press release through the Business Wire Service. I also understand that they have been denied access to the internet! They must have really upset some of the "Big Boys" with their claims about the AIDS research and its success. It wouldn't surprise me if someone somewhere is getting something under the table to stop UPCA! I dont know if this is the case but the way things are progressing it wouldnt surprise me! I always thought that along with the freedom of the press came the responsibility to report the news, not stop the news or any facts about what was really going on!!!!!!!

gottchaaa,
How do you know this? If they are trying to release a PR, have them send it to you to post on RB.

Call the ACLU, they would love the free speech issue.

I called Business Wire and asked them if it was true that they would not allow UPCA to put out news releases and was told "No Comment". I would think that if UPCA was not restricted then I would have gotten a different answer.
