>>>>>>Any ideas as to why TOPP has not run as hard as GRIN?

Ken,

<<<<<<"Grand Toys International Inc. (Nasdaq: GRIN)
announced the license to make and distribute Pokémon
products in Canada, Pokémon adds a hip and exciting
license to Grand's product mix, Grand Toys plans to
make the Pokémon stuff, with an array of balls, kites,
and back-to-school items like pens, pencils, portfolios,
and binders">>>>>>

My wild guess is that a higher premium is given to a company
that makes and distributes a wide array of Pokemon products,
rather then TOPP, who has a license agreement to market
Pokemon trading cards in the U.S and Canada, and lollipops
in North and South America<g>.
