nor Mary had any explanation.

Beyond that, it would have to be
a breach of contract if they were
terminated without sufficient cause.

Bob,

You do not owe others an explanation as to why someone is suspended, however, in order to improve SI you should inform us as to why they were suspended so that the rest of us do not violate SI rules.

One of the best ways to gather knowledge is to learn from the mistakes of others. You are not offering us that chance.
