needless to say I was quite pleased with INPH's performance today.

I must confess that I wish I had purchased it when ppedroli first told me about it when it was around $6.50 :>(

On the non technical side, I like the fact that they deal in SAN, WAN, ATM, Fiber Channel and VOIP. I am still surprised that they don't have analyst coverage especially given the affiliations that they have with such companies as IBM, HP, Motorola, etc.

The fact that it bounced off of the 100 day moving average and that they only have 2.4 million shares in the float can't hurt either.

"``As we enter the third quarter, we are particularly enthusiastic with the outlook for strong sales and earnings during the remainder of this year. Not only is our Fibre Channel product line performing beyond expectations, we have a strong backlog of product orders going into the second half of this year. I am confident that our recent performance and future prospects will create a strong position for Interphase in the future.'

Fiber Channel performing beyond expectations? I guess...

" Sales of Fibre Channel products were particularly robust, increasing 163 percent compared with the second quarter of 1998, and accounted for 39 percent of total revenues during the second quarter of this year. In addition, the company's ATM revenues grew 107 percent compared with the second
quarter of 1998."
