OK, you got me, you are right, the facts are on your side. Should have done my home work rather than writing off the cuff. James Diller obviously recognized the need for changing the corporate direction radically and seized the opportunity for doing so with PMC. No wonder he has a great reputation (same guy at the helms of ELNT, isn't it?). By the way, the best definition of "luck" I ever heard: Preparation to grab opportunity! By these means JD seems to be a lucky guy indeed.
