DMA, it is a modification in the LT Cap gain law introduced about six years ago, last year was the first it went into effect. In essence, if you invest in the stock of a company with less than $50 MM in assets and hold for five years, the Cap gain rate is 50% of the then prevailing Cap gain, or today, 10% only.

Look at last year form D and you'll find a special column on the right side for that treatment.
