KALI is a microwave device weighing 26 tons which shoots microwaves and cooks the chips and micro circuitry. BARC hopes to compact the device to a lesser size and weight. Good. There goes another Rs. 5,000 crores or whatever. And after 10 years of "intense research", they will still be talking about how they can make the darned thing work and also, as a bonus, make it more "sophisticated" and "powerful"... if only they could lay their hands on ANOTHER Rs. 5,000 crores! In the coming decades, India's security threats will be internal, emerging from the collapse of the Indian state with resultant militarization of conflicts within civil society. Examples of this can already be seen in parts of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, where private armies have already challenged and displaced the exclusive right of the Indian State to bear arms and adjudicate conflicts. Have a nice time disintegrating, bozos!
