That seems like pretty significant news. When PA sells MSFT shares, the speculation is wide open as to it's use (business, personal, philanthropic, etc); but when he's financing capital (especially a chunk this large), it would seem to me to be very unlikely that it's purpose would be anything other than Wired World investment, and probably something that's on the less-speculative end of the spectrum (revenue/growth is required in the short term to service the debt). Hmmm...
On another topic, the Bloomberg aricle you posted noted that VV increased it's stake in Replay Networks this month. Here's a little more on that:
