Jim: I couldn't agree with you more regarding Belluzzo. He didn't really change anything. He has proven himself to be a weak leader and manager, he lacked the ability to see the big picture and formulate an appropriate strategy. I wasn't impressed. As a matter of fact McCracken had more vision that Belluzzo...
