heck, it is even worse than you think. the buyer only needs to purchase the idtc outstanding shares in the float. $50/share still leaves plenty of ntop shares leftover and the rest of idtc's backbone, isp,.....

now would be an excellent time for a buyout of idtc, because of how much it is undervalued.

buyout? in a little while longer i hope...when IDTC is at $45 and the premium i'd wish for is at least 20%. :-)
