Gee...Hasn't Intergraph heard of the wonderful and far superior ATHLON CPU from AMD which has been available for over two months now?

I don't know the particulars of Intergraph's claims against INTC, but I do know something about Intergraph, its history, and its marketing strategy. This sounds like a desperate grasp at anything that floats.
