That is shorting against the box. That is used to lock in a long term capital gain when a stock you hold runs wild before it is a long term capital gain.

You said, box it and drive it down

Why would anyone want to drive down a stock they hold a long position in? Would they not want to sell out at a profit? Not drive it down?

LOL ... there are no convertible debentures. Geeze ... there is a greedy opportunist short. It is plain as the nose on your face. First it was a pump and dump and that has failed to materialized so the most convenient thing now is a convertible debenture.

Guess when that gets disproven there will be some other company dilution tactic ... but not a malious greedy short.

Just like Tim everytime the B/W documents destroys a distortion or convenient scenario ... off you people go to come up with another one.
