I cannot get directline (the phone in system) to work at all this evening. Anyone else having this problem? I keep getting an odd recording ("you must first dial a one or zero plus the area code when calling this number") which makes no sense (since I am doing both). Other 800 numbers work fine.

Richard, the current website now starts with George Browns mug(which i see way too much of on CNBC anyway)and they are "testing"this "new live beta site". You should be getting it.
