In order to have done that the Transfer Agent woul dhave had to have known. Or are you know saying that the transfer agent would not know of a debenture. Also if a debenture was done and the company did not disclose that after all they have provided to prove it is not them I think that would be a criminal offense. Also if that had been done then they would have tons of money. However, I know a 504 was done. :-) Now how do you know they did? So far I have not caught the company in one single twisted but of information concerning the fall of this stock and they have the b/w proof to prove it is not a dilution but something else. GB
