R2K still lags...!?

See the Dell announcement on the stripped down PC? Is this a trend? Or nothing to worry about?

Happy Hunting!

KZ, since RMBS does not make nor sell DRAM, I do not see other patents holders going after RMBS, they may go after manufacturers that produce DRAMs or RDRAM, but I would be surprised to see such a battle. Cross licensing has been more of a rule than enforcing the monopoly rights a patent position grants. I have not studied any of RMBS' patents nor any potential competing technology, but the value in RMBS IP is more in providing the DRAM producers a short cut to higher speed memory, and of course, getting INTC back to the position where performance limitations reside in the processor and nowhere else in the system.
