I think looking at earnings including the infrastructure division as compared to earnings without it (to arrive at this big earnings growth rate) is just silly.

Speaking of valuations, there's a very good article in September's Atlantic Monthly on this subject (it, also, mentions the Q). The gist of the article (titled 'The Right Price For Stocks' by James Glassman and Kevin Hassett) is that stocks in general are extremely undervalued. They give a good argument for a Dow of $36,000 in the next few years.
