That is what I believe Intel is doing. With 0.18 they will have plenty of capacity until Wilamette shows up. This capacity is going to be used for sucking in caches (CuMine), sucking in chipsets and graphics (Timna) and providing fab capacity for the fabless players that Intel is acquiring (LevelOne, Softcom, etc.).
