Initially it may see the market accord a higher market cap to JDSU.
If Cerent is worth 6.9 billion on $100 million in revenues this year then what is JDSU worth to a Cisco competitor??

Glenn,
We are in for an incredible run. The Gorilla has checked in to the optical hotel with 7 billion in tow. They haven't made this kind of statement since the Stratacom acquisition. This is not the time to sell folks!!!!! Our market cap is about to double.
