It futile to place any weight on what Cramer says. He is a trader first & foremost & has serious disclosure obligations when commenting on any stock - whether he is long or short or has no interest.

The bottom line here, IMHO, is that Cramer & The Street.com are "way too inconsistent to bet on." Perhaps that is why there IPO has tanked -- big time.

I cannot imagine why Cramer & Co. think investors are gonna pay a premium for their stories in contrast to the traditional wire services. Perhaps they consider their stories more akin to brokerage houses whose own research reports reflect an interest of the firm they represent.
