Your twist is too convoluted-

I think it says that cisco is committed to making customers
existing networks work and will provide the appropriate
transition technologies to do so. Not that TDM lives
forever but an acknowledgement that most customer existing
infrastructures are TDM based and that to move forward, the
company will provide the mechanisms to do so.

Do you think it any different ??
