Makes sense to me - sadly I remember having these (and the stock) last year for pennies and actually taking a loss. I think the stock was around 60 cents and the warrants were like 1/8 -- and I took a loss!! Sure wish I had kept them <vbg>

Probably will gap in the open - you buying them as soon as the market opens or waiting for a dip?

In January 1997, the Company completed its initial public offering. Through the offering the Company sold 1,000,000 units consisting of 1,000,000 shares of common stock and 1,000,000 warrants at $6.00 per unit. For each two warrants owned, the holder is entitled to purchase one share of common stock through January 21, 2001 at $7.20. In February 1997, an additional 146,000 units were sold upon the exercise of the underwriter's over allotment option. The aggregate net proceeds were approximately $5,330,000, after underwriters' commissions and offering expenses of approximately $1,546,000.
