More DD from RB........ I spoke with Paul McDonald at CBI (IR firm), he has been on vacation the past couple of weeks and just got back this Monday. So I am not sure how dated your info is. To answer your questions, this is confirmed, but like all deals they need to finalized on paper, which should happen by the end of this week. As far as shareholder dilution and adding to outstanding shares, there is a warrant attached, so there definitely is a restriction on when they can sell in the open market, most likely 1 year. Dilution is always an issue, but in this case the financing is to support growth not maintain normal business, so I see this being a very positive step forward.
