Tony, the problem is that you DON'T dial up from work, but do from home. Normally you point your outgoing email to your home email server, but with the Mindspring change just implemented in the past few days, you can ONLY point your outgoing email to the Mindspring server when dialed up and you can NOT point your outgoing email to Mindspring when on the company LAN. This means that you must modify your email settings as you move around with your laptop, a real pain in the neck for company IT gurus trying to fix everyone's machines constantly. The final fix was to change ISP's for the dialup accounts.
