Mr. Burke -

Nice to see you here and answering questions again - but I have a question - -

Actually, my question is WHY you seem to pick and choose which questions you want to answer?

I have been trying to get some answers to questions since the 1st of the month - have left them here, on the new Qcharts message board, left private messages for you, made a number of calls to Qcharts and left messages and sent several emails.

Qcharts has an excellant program but you have virtually NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Too bad - because without the ability to handle problems effectively the company will not survive.

Hi Gibbons, Just discovered your site here, glad you are doing this.
I am the guy that you thanked the other night for telling you that GetQcharts was shutdown. Anyway, I love Qcharts, but what it really needs is a way to delete entries from the Symbol Entry Table. I trade mostly options and these expired options are really building up and there is no way to get rid of them that I know.

Thanks.

Trying to expand my understanding of qcharts.

The qcharts package says it comes with "Premium Full-Text news"

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious but I cant find this. Where is it?
Eric

Gibbons Burke: I just noticed you have increased the amount of daily and weekly history data. Thanks...

Something I noticed is the data is good back to the fourth quarter of 1993.

I spot checked the Dow Industrials and GE. By the way your current daily data for the Dow 30 is "actual". But when you get back to Dec 93 it becomes obviously "theoretical" data. They do not marry up. Further back the data looses the open info. (No candles)

LG
