Pokeman, Internet, Y2K cure etc..doesn't matter...stock is dead in a few weeks. Buyout rumors, products...none of it matters..The reorganization plan will be confirmed by the court, and put into effect and at that time 318 shares of GBFE common stock will be converted into ONE warrant to buy ONE new share of GBFE at $46...with the appraised value of the new stock at $10. This means that each current GBFE share is worth less than two-tenths of one cent. If anyone suggests you buy the stock, make sure you get their REAL name and address so you can "thank" them after your investment turns to dust on September 13.
