Probably the move is due to Cisco paying 690 x sales for Cerent. If the move is in sympathy to the Cerent purchase then COMS is still woefully undervalued. Using the Cerent multiples, COMS would be bought at $10784.70/share!!!!

This could be interpreted as a strong buy on COMS and a short on CSCO.
