Buyout or not we're coming up against major resistance at 26 1/2. I don't expect it to get over it, but if it happened, it would IMO add some weight to the rumor. I believe the move is the result (1) of the constricted trading range we've been in (wound tight as a drum), (2) the fact that earnings are coming out next month in a historically good quarter for COMS and(3) vastly improved earnings prospects what with the Sprint contract, major ISP sales, Palm, etc. p.s. I love it because -like MA - I've been loading up bigtme.
