Your questions were answered from a friend of mine and he asked me to post this for you. "Does anyone have answers to the following. To date, I have been unable to get a response from the company. 1. How much of the money from Aardvark has been advanced? If not all, what conditions apply to release and have conditions been met? 6.5 millions US and conditions have been met by end of Aug. most money is in. 2. Are the funds sufficient to meet all working capital needs for the next year (ie to meet all the outstanding orders) or will additional financing be required. Funds are sufficient to cover outstanding orders and more. In the aerospace industry client pay progress payment as they go along. all additional expansion will have to be re-evaluated at a future time. 3. What are the terms of the financing. Is interest payable? Is conversion to equity mandatory? At what conversion rates and when? No interest all equity about 4 millions shares average price will come to around $1.59. Market price of shares is not relevant. 4. When will financial statements be released to shareholders? hopefully in the last two weeks of Sept. 5. Is production proceeding on schedule or are delays likely? They were delays but as of mid septa upon Mr. Rotolo return from China the Panda program will be full speed ahead.
