This is due to the usual NASDAQ problem at the open. It happens every day, and to my knowledge, every vendor has the problem. Not exactly sure what the exact nature of the issue is, but something about an overflow of data at the open. I read something about a fix to be implemented in the next few months.
Depending on the day it usually clears up between 10-20 minutes after the open. I have seen this personally on 5 separate data feed packages, (Mytrack, MBT, Qcharts, PCQuote, and Castle) with at least one of those having a direct NASDAQ feed.
The L2 is the correct data, leaving T&S and trade charts useless until they come into sync.

Anyone else experience this or have any more info?

Dan
