TB:" old dogs like us "

>I think I will move to SPY, DIA, and QQQ. It would be a good prelude to where I eventually want to go, and that is to join the dudes on the futures thread. First, need to prove that I can make money trading the stocks...

...what I wanna do is learn how to be comfortable with momentum style trading, TB. You know - you and I are natural position traders, always looking for reversals - makes our outlook constantly "contrarian".

what I wanna do is just "jump in", you know? Jump in to the trend and slide a trailing STOP behind my position. The very idea sends shivers down my spine (^_^) Maybe I should just start doing it, you know, and try to get past all my built-in prejudices and anxieties? Never too late to learn something new (this old dog said)

Dudes!!!

SPY .. QQQ ... Man .. gotta check it out!

This place trades only:

DAX-30 index, FTSE-100 index, NDX, SPX and something called the "Wall Street Index"

Gold, Crude

USD/EUR USD/GBP

German Bund, US T-Bond

That's it .. that's all they do.

All orders have built in stops. The stop level determines required margin. NO COMMISSIONS

This is the only place that I know of where you can have a limit and stop at the same time.

indextrade.com

This stuff moves like options with no premium.

FWIW
