At .13 wouldn't they get about 550 die per wafer?
5500 wafer starts per week, smaller die should give better yields, 52 weeks a year:

550 * 5500 * .65 * 52 = 102 million from FAB 30 alone!

And FAB 25 remains for the chipsets, flash, etc.
