MU's disclosure practices have always been on the shady side. You need to have copies of the last 6 quarters worth of Q's and K's to sort out the entire picture.. -shag-

I've been following this MU ramp job for awhile now. That $87+ conversion price applies to the junk bonds issued...it has nothing to do with the TXN deal. That deal has other, separate levels for conversion, as Mythman posted.
