Zeev:
Sounds like a gold mine opportunity for venture capitalist firms like Hambrecht & Quist who fund these startups when they are worth $0.0 M.

Need some clarification. So if you invested in RMBS last year, total assets were $111mm, but book value was $42mm you qualified for the "super LT gain" treatment if you stay on the Bus for five years? Would this be then unavailable to '99 share purchasers if book value in '99 exceeded $50mm? Is that number revised quarterly? etc, etc.

TIA

Go Rambus!
