Parfore, I have no inside information, my reasoning is that they have a fully written off $100 MM fab working well under capacity, even at todays price are selling at .3 PSR, and if they broach about $40 MM in sales, they should start and turn a profit. I think that as far as capacity is concerned, they probably could go well above $60 MM. The downside is they have been weakened financially, their fab is not "up to date" and will require major investments to upgrade, and if they do not break into positive cash flow fast, before this up cycle end, they may not survive the next down cycle. If they survive than I think this could be valued anywhere from $15 to $45 per share at the top of this cycle. Risky, but an interesting spec.
