I think there's been a concerted effort by some party or parties to
shake loose as many shares as possible before we start getting
official word about all the good things that are in the works but
can't be discussed publicly yet.
Those efforts quite obviously include the ration of bashers who
likely are being paid to do someone's dirty work. They're not only
on RB, there's a few here, but even the AOL EDIG thread which had
been quiet most of the summer has picked up several, including the
return of the infamous Snowman/Crawdad/CaronM.
One has hinted strongly at a goal of pushing us under a buck.
Those tempted to sell need to be reminded that the good stuff can
break any time, not only this music stuff, but more business from
Lanier, Intel, word from VoiceTIMES, and the press release gave us another hint about potential new applications of MicroOS in the
area of "image recorders"
The good times will roll soon AGAIN.

Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't the S-3 filing (dated in July) state that the 13 million shares worth of transactions would take place between 30 and 60 days to complete?

Kerry: Yup, I've been in, and out, of this equity just playing it as a trading vehicle. My view is there continues to be this relative explosion in shareholder dilution(even if it occurred the better part of a month ago), to the point where you've now got a company with a PE of....what.....~2000 or more? PE's in that range border on the absurd.

And this is happening when all EDIG's shown is lot'sa sizzle, but not yet one juicy steak(read here a meritorious production contract of widgets with dollar values attached). This ain't to say the potential isn't intriguing, it is. But all these folks referencing the goings on in the music/internet industry in general by way of justifying EDIG, and trying to read the tea leaves as to how this directly impacts EDIG.....well.....like I said, lots'a sizzle.

Without a material event my view is EDIG will continue to settle ever so gradually downward on by its standard mediocre volume. And while that happens I'll be looking for my next entry point.....

Good luck to you!

John~
