<<you not well versed in OTC stocks?>> Don't feel bad Leroyt. I use to believe the same thing that you do about Yahoo. I use to think that if it did not say SEC on Yahoo it was not a SEC filing company. However, Yahoo does not have all of the info. I learned that the hard way. I did not invest in a company because I did not see SEC on the Yahoo board and missed out when the price started going up. It turned out that the stock was filing and had been filing with the SEC for years. Now I go to freedgar.com. But they also don't have everything. Then I have to go to sec.gov which is a pain in the butt. The short of if is, don't depend on Yahoo or Freedgar. Sometimes it pays to ask somebody on the SI board if they found any info. Sometimes SI members don't accuse people of ulterior motives. Sometimes people don't even say "do your own DD." Sometimes they simply answer the question.
