I think cisco will close out the year at around 100. Their mkt is expanding and Chambers knows how to grow a huge company (though acquistions - which is the only way to do it). I don't know much about the core technology... I just read the threads for that. But for example I was in Juniper which exploded after IPO on a sense that it was "the next cisco" - well not really but they had a technology cisco didn't have (terabit router) ... 2 weeks later cisco makes this acquisition which is a sort of leapfrogging move, forward looking at any case. I think cisco is a bluer blue chip than msft - I'm looking for them to move into wireless at some point, thats a huge growth area for intl since there is no existing infrastructure. I had a contract there once and you should see cisco's cash position - amazing!
