It means absolutely nothing. This is the "fuzzy outline" of an offer that ITHC made when the offered to merge with (acquire) GAAY. This offer was turned down by GAAY. They then turned around and offered to acquire ITHC. No details have become available on this offer yet, although there has been lots of speculation. Since some of the things in this initial offer have come to pass (ITHC and Palm Springs Television Studios) I believe people are assuming the rest of this "fuzzy outline" is also going to take place. The truth is that until GAAY announces the terms of their offer to ITHC we won't know. bdpotts
