Gist of the Emerald Report:

Emerald feels the recent weakness was due to a result of an information vacuum by the company and Gary Craft's departure at e-offering. They feel the selloff was overdone and the stock is attractive at these levels.

They reference the an announcement in the short term of a major new carrier, and feel their model is has more upside potential than INSW due to revenue generated through renewal and cross-selling.
They also feel that although commissions for 99 will be negligible, that by 2002 they are projecting commissions around 100 million.

All in all it's not a slam-dunk, but it has tremendous upside potential for those willing to take the risk.
It certainly appears based on this upward movement, that Emerald's institutional clients may be establishing or adding to positions based on this new report.

IR also confirmed that healthaxis mgmt will be presenting at an Investor conference in Vegas next Friday. The presentation will supposedly be carried live on the Internet at Vcall.com.
