Guys, I keep saying this over and over: CUBE needs to "pump-fake" a God$%#@ equity or debt issue to enlist the investment banking industry. "Maybe we'll shove a little business your way if you can "pound the table" a little for us"

Get it? ZRAN is about to do (or, at least, is saying they're interested in doing) a debt or equity issue. Salomon is "banking" on the business.

If the Board of Directors were to announce the removal of current management, the stock would gap-up $5-$7 immediately. That's how bad it is right now - in my opinion.

SPIN-OFF DIVICOM NOW!!!!! There's no defense for not doing it.
