Hawaii, let's get one thing straight: The "arbs" that you've been harping about for the past several months are not, and will not play here. So-called "Back-Door IPO's" have been the domain of aggressive institutions and daytraders alone. I've been asking around among the few pros that I know that arb for the past eight weeks, and they won't touch this one with pool-stick. I concede that this is only anecdotal, but you've served up only hollow prophesies. Leave them in the wilderness where they belong. -rgus
