I always thought that the US is a free country ?! But is it really ? Same rights for everyone !! For hypsters and for "substance hypsters" (as you and Austin claim to be) as well as for shorts and "substance shorts". Even if I may "only" be a short and not a "substance short" the stock action in the last few weeks has proved that I was not all too wrong. Since I started my short talk the stocks value dropped 50% !!

I have seen many especially young investors getting fooled by all this board hype on the Internet and loosing big amounts of money as a consequence. A short here and there that tries to prevent some sheeps geeting fooled by the hypster crowd should have the right to say what he thinks !

What is all this rubbish "substance post" talk about anyway ? Who can predict the future or has a cristal ball in its hands ? And dealing on the basis of inside information is forbidden by law. So what can one do ? Take the posts as they come and do not take them all too personally most importantly..... Why should not a guy be able to post even if he has not much "substantial" to add ? What is substantial in this game ? And is it not a big game that goes on in the stock market ? Honestly, is it not just another form of gambling even if some people call it "investing". Take MSGIs slide from 60 to 12 in just three months ! Is this not gambling ? Leave me alone or would you build your retirement foundation on this ? I personally read all posts. Many times the not so "substantial" guys also were right sometimes...... Take it easy and not so "correct" even if this should be difficult for you as a "CPA"........

Mark, I've limited my posts here for the same reasons you stated. The name calling & "in your face" bores me. I stated my position here a day or so ago for the first time in weeks.

Does anyone know the price of the private placement?

OT - What's your take now on COF? You mentioned it once in a post. Is this a buying opportunity in it?
